Manny has over 35 years of investment experience. Prior to co-founding ECP, he founded Hyperion Asset Management in 1996 and was its CEO, Managing Director and Investment Committee Chairman until 2012. Manny is also a member of the South African delegation to the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. With this level of ambition, it’s unsurprising Manny also has a black-belt in karate and enjoys action novels!

Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services. Prior to joining ECP in 2014, he was Managing Director, Global Natural Resources with Macquarie Bank based in Hong Kong. He brings over 30 years’ experience in the industry, which includes over a decade at Abrdn and senior roles with Fidelity International, BNY Investments, and UBS Asset Management. Ryan holds a BA (Hons) Economics from the University of Greenwich.
